It's random drop from duel against legendary duelists.

When will it drops, who knows? It's random. Could be on your next duel, could be on your 10th duel.

This skill really needs a boost. At least 1,000 more lp than opponent and at least 5 cards in hand, is quite a difficult requirement to meet in an actual match.

It's definitely nowhere near as good as Joey's "Luck on your side" skill, but this gets the job just fine if you have the right cards.
