Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned with the effect of a "Bonding" Spell/Trap. If this card is Special Summoned: You can activate this effect; Effect Monsters your opponent currently controls cannot activate their effects for the rest of this turn, also change their ATK to 0 until the end of this turn. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 2 "Water Dragon" from your hand and/or Deck in Defense Position, ignoring their Summoning conditions.
Bonding - D2O requires 2 “Duoterion” and 1 “Oxygeddon” from your hand or the Field to be Tributed in order to Special Summon Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. Additionally, if Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster was sent from the Field to the Graveyard while this card is in the Graveyard, you can add this card to your hand. Bonding - DHO can shuffle 1 “Duoterion”, 1 “Oxygeddon” and 1 “Hydrogeddon” from your hand or Graveyard, back to your Deck to Special Summon Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster from your hand or Graveyard. Additionally you can banish this card from your Graveyard to retrieve 1 “Water Dragon” or “Water Dragon Cluster” from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
The 5 star monster is the searcher of the deck, its never meant to be used as a beater. The spell is crap but the trap could be usable in last_gamble.dek. Other deck would find it too bricky though, as it runs 3 Water Dragon monsters
Yeah you would need to run Fire Formation Gyokkou and Xing in here and tread carefully. Building the deck around cluster is tight if you want to take advantage of the double summon. Honestly I wouldn't worry about that and just focus on it's monster effect negation instead for the sake of consistency.

Any thoughts to a solid deck?
cluster, 2x dragon, 3x hydrogeddon, oxygeddon, duoterion, h20, d20, dho, seems like a lot to fit in. So what will be cut out?
