Water Dragon Cluster

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned with the effect of a "Bonding" Spell/Trap. If this card is Special Summoned: You can activate this effect; Effect Monsters your opponent currently controls cannot activate their effects for the rest of this turn, also change their ATK to 0 until the end of this turn. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 2 "Water Dragon" from your hand and/or Deck in Defense Position, ignoring their Summoning conditions.

• Strong ATK stats.
• Suppresses all effects of the Effect monsters your opponents control
  for the rest of the turn this monster was Special Summoned.
• Additionally, change all your opponent’s Effect monsters ATK to 0 for
  the rest of the turn this monster was Special Summoned.
• Has Quick Effect to Special Summon 2 “Water Dragon” from your hand or
  deck in Defense position, by tributing this monster.

• You need specific monsters in your hand, Field or Graveyard in order to
  use the Bonding Spell/Traps to Special Summon this monster.
• This monster cannot be Normal Summoned/Set

• You can activate its Quick Effect when your opponent tries to target
  your Water Dragon Cluster with card effects, to play around them.
• Can be hard to Special Summon if you do not have the right materials
  that corresponds to the 2 Bonding Spell/Traps.

Bonding - D2O requires 2 “Duoterion” and 1 “Oxygeddon” from your hand or the Field to be Tributed in order to Special Summon Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. Additionally, if Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster was sent from the Field to the Graveyard while this card is in the Graveyard, you can add this card to your hand. Bonding - DHO can shuffle 1 “Duoterion”, 1 “Oxygeddon” and 1 “Hydrogeddon” from your hand or Graveyard, back to your Deck to Special Summon Water Dragon or Water Dragon Cluster from your hand or Graveyard. Additionally you can banish this card from your Graveyard to retrieve 1 “Water Dragon” or “Water Dragon Cluster” from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

These are the monsters that are required to Special Summon Water Dragon Cluster. They can be anywhere in your Hand, Field or Graveyard, depending on the conditions specified on the Bonding Spell/Trap.
