Pros

  • Able to toss 3 coins and destroy a number of monsters on the Field equivalent or less than the number of Heads.

Cons

  • Weak DEF stats.
  • Must be Fusion Summoned.

Tips

  • With more Fusion support released, this monster could be easily Special Summoned and its effects are devastating.
  • You can use Second Coin Toss continuous Spell to support Gatling Dragon’s coin-tossing effect.
  • If you Fusion Summoned using Barrel Dragon and Blow Back Dragon, you can use Gatling Dragon’s effect first, attack if possible, and then use DE-Fusion to return Gatling Dragon back to your Extra Deck and Special Summon Barrel Dragon and Blowback Dragon to the Field for more attacks.

Fusion Support

You can use The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion to replace either one of Barrel Dragon or Blowback Dragon as the fusion material. King of the Swamp also acts as the substitute Fusion material, and at the same time it can be used to search Polymerization from your Deck. Cybernetic Fusion Support allows you to pay half your LP and banish monsters from your Graveyard as Fusion materials (You still need to use Polymerization to Fusion Summon). Fusion Recycling Plant is able to search for Polymerization from your Deck, and it can recycle 1 Fusion Material to your Hand during your End Phase the Fusion summon was conducted. Fusion Sage is able to search for Polymerization from your Deck. Fusion Reserve allows you to retrieve 1 of the Fusion Materials from your Deck to your hand, and you can recover 1 Polymerization from your Graveyard to your Hand.

Stupid effect though on the part that if there are not enough monster cards on your opponents side of the field, the effect makes you destroy 1 or more of your own monsters and the card itself! Plus weak defense stats!

Lets be honest the chances of flipping 3 heads is quite rare on average you're most likely to get 2 and with all these meta types such as fur and sylvan which have the ability to summon 3 monsters in a single turn this card starts to look a little more promising so NO I wouldn't say it has a stupid effect I believe the term you're looking for is "useful" you can thank me later

thank your head! (I hate pep using this statement) Not every card is designed for optimising win rate. We can certainly have fun with many coin flip gambling cards.

Be quiet head!

Haha that's god of war reference

To broken to be just a "rare"
should of been a UR

@"should be UR" anon

Your brain is too broken to be functional, it seems

So we gonna have this but, blowback dragon isn't available yet.

We "know" like 10 cards from that pack. Odds are if Gatling Dragon is in here, Blowback's a SR or UR in the pack as well. Though you can use Substitutes for it, so, like Labyrinth Tank, they might just not release Blowback at all.

Speaking of Labyrinth Tank, I have a feeling we'll never going to get Cannon Soldier lol, now that OCG banned it for being an FTK bait, many years after it has created numerous FTK already.

Your guess is correct, Blowback is in the minibox as an SR.

Great idea!
Also there are many good spells like "Second Coin Toss".
It's also good that we can special summon it.

This card is an R, not N.
None.
An added con that should be added. You can be forced to destroy your own monsters.
<< Anonymous(None.)
Anonymous Reply
Yeah it doesn't say you "can" so if you roll too many heads you'll be destroying your own stuff.
Anonymous
"Once per turn: You can toss a coin 3 times"

So.. 3 different coin tosses? Or a 3 coins flipped at once?

Second Coin Toss

I don't think this card targets monsters, you just destroy monster cards based on how many coins landed heads.
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
Yeah, this card's effect does NOT target. It already has PSCT as shown by the ":" after "Once per turn", and under PSCT rules, if a card doesn't say "target", then it doesn't target.

This os clear since other Canon Monsters were used past days. They effect you able to Deal with is the coin toss, not the destruction. So unless Monsters are undestructible, If you allow the Flip you can't do nothing about It after this
Anonymous
Are we sure this comes in the new pack rather than being a drop from dd dark tower event? It fits in the theme of the tower better
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
you seriously think they will give us a useful card from that event when they haven't in the past i doubt it.
Anonymous
Way too op of an effect for a rare
<< Anonymous
Anonymous Reply
think about it, if your opponent controls less monsters than the number of heads tossed, you have to blow up your own stuff, since the effect is mandatory
