Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up: You can destroy any number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field, up to the number of other "Geargia" monsters you control.

• Do not activate his effect the turn you summon him,because this puts him into a dangerous position with his low defense stat. Only activate his effect when you are able to immediately flip him face-up

Revive Geargiattack with Powerful Rebirth during your opponent’s end phase, then during your turn activate his effect and flip him face-up to destroy spell/trap cards on the field. Additionally, he will not be connected with Powerful Rebirth anymore, losing his attack boost and will not be destroyed when Powerful Rebirth is destroyed.

Having such a low defense stat makes him susceptible to battle position changing. Here is a list of cards that can protect him while in defense position.
