Forbidden Chalice | Quick Spell |
Servants of Kings [SR] Selection Box Vol. 01 Mini [SR] Special Set Bundle Sale [SR]
Target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of this turn, that target gains 400 ATK, but its effects are negated. |
It's good in general to stop your opponent's plays that need their monster activation which can stop and disrupt your opponent's combo.
Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon | FIRE Dragon ★7 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Force of Infinity [UR] | |
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; Special Summon it, also this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon" once per turn. Monsters in your opponent's possession cannot activate their effects during the Battle Phase. |
Mainly to disable/prevent monster effects during your battle phase, which can prevent commonly used handtraps that often stalls the duel.
Shiranui Squiresaga | FIRE Zombie ★7 ATK 2100 / DEF 0 |
Soul of Resurrection [UR]
1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters You can only Special Summon "Shiranui Squiresaga(s)" once per turn. Once per turn: You can banish 1 face-up monster you control or in your GY, then apply these effects, in sequence, depending on what the monster was before it was banished, if it was any of these. ● Zombie: You can have all monsters you control gain 300 ATK. ● FIRE: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field. ● Synchro: You can destroy 1 monster on the field. |
Gives the deck a non-targeting spell/trap and monster removal. Easiest monster to banish to get the effect is to banish herself, or any synchro monster in the graveyard to destroy a monster.
If you've used Black Rose Dragon previously, you can use it as the cost for the spell/trap AND monster removal.
Black Rose Dragon | FIRE Dragon ★7 ATK 2400 / DEF 1800 |
Blazing Rose [UR] | |
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can destroy all cards on the field. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls; change that target to face-up Attack Position, and if you do, its ATK becomes 0 until the end of this turn. |
Special Summon Black Rose Dragon to get rid of your opponent's entire field setup.
PSY-Framelord Zeta | LIGHT Psychic ★7 ATK 2500 / DEF 1800 |
Future Horizon [R] | |
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Special Summoned monster your opponent controls in face-up Attack Position; banish both that monster and this card from the field, but return them in your next Standby Phase. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 other "PSY-Frame" card in your Graveyard; return this card to the Extra Deck, and if you do, add that target to your hand. |
Zeta's effect can be used again and again after it comes back to effectively serve as non-destruction removal until you get a proper out to the enemy monster. The removal also has an anti-Xyz utilty to it, because Xyz monsters banished by this lose all their materials.
Samurai Destroyer | EARTH Machine ★7 ATK 2600 / DEF 1400 |
Dark Dimension [R] Fantastic Arc [R]
1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters If this card battles an opponent's monster, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step, also that opponent's monster has its effects negated during the Battle Phase only. If this face-up card in its owner's control leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect: You can target 1 Machine monster in your GY; Special Summon it. |
Summon Samurai Destroyer as an offensive option. He prevents your opponent from activating effects when he battles, stopping battle traps and disruption like Sphere Kuriboh and Kiteroid, letting all of Samurai Destroyer's attacks go through.
Monsters battling Samurai Destroyer have their effects negated. This makes Samurai Destroyer a good way to get rid of monsters without triggering their floating effects. You can also attack into monsters and ignore their self ATK boosts.
Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon | DARK Dragon ★4 ATK 2500 / DEF 2000 |
Phantom of Rebellion [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; its ATK becomes half its current ATK, and if it does, this card gains that lost ATK. |
General Rank 4 Xyz Monster for players to use so far. Its effect essentially lets you deal 2500 (its own ATK) damage if this attacks the monster you targeted. The advantage is that your opponent's monster's ATK is also lowered, allowing you to attack over it with your other weaker monsters.
Wind-Up Zenmaister | EARTH Machine ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 1500 |
Bronk Stone at Lvl 33 & 35 [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters This card gains 300 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to this card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster you control; change that face-up monster to face-down Defense Position, and if you do, during the End Phase of this turn, change it to face-up Attack Position. |
Lets you attack with other monsters when you have an Emperor Wisel on the field. Automatically flipping it back up during the end phase means you can still negate a spell card during your opponent's turn, or suck up another synchro monster if it survives until your next turn.
Abyss Dweller | WATER Sea Serpent ★4 ATK 1700 / DEF 1400 |
Photons of Galaxy [UR] Selection Box Vol.03 Mini [UR]
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has an Xyz Material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; any card effects that activate in your opponent's Graveyard cannot be activated this turn. |
Abyss Dweller is an anti-Graveyard interaction tech, intended to hinder Decks that activate a ton of effects from the graveyard. It's best to activate this at the start of the opponent's turn, so make sure to toggle Chain to "ON" and activate Abyss Dweller's effect during the opponent's Draw Phase.
Number 70: Malevolent Sin | DARK Insect ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 1200 |
Photons of Galaxy [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3. |
Emperor Wisel works as an anti synchro monster, while this can be good against Xyz monsters since banishing them will also remove their materials.
Works best if your opponent only has 1 monster, temporarily banishing them will mean that you can attack directly to go for an OTK.
Number 50: Blackship of Corn | DARK Plant ★4 ATK 2100 / DEF 1500 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. |
Useful monster removal effect for troublesome monsters like Bloom Diva the Melodious Choir. Not being able to attack after using it won't matter much if you already have Emperor Wisel on the field.
Diamond Dire Wolf | EARTH Beast ★4 ATK 2000 / DEF 1200 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR] Selection Box Vol.03 Mini [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster you control and 1 other card on the field; destroy them. |
Obbligato makes this somewhat less expensive since you only use 1 card in hand to get a card removal effect.
Digital Bug Corebage | LIGHT Insect ★5 ATK 2200 / DEF 1800 |
Infinite Ray [R] | |
2 or more Level 5 LIGHT Insect-Type monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by detaching 2 Xyz Materials from a Rank 3 or 4 Insect-Type Xyz Monster you control, then using that Xyz Monster as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls; shuffle it into the Deck. Once per turn, if the battle position of a monster(s) on the field is changed (except during the Damage Step): You can attach 1 Insect-Type monster from your Graveyard to this card as Xyz Material. |
To make Corebage you'll need to put it on top of a Malevolent Sin that hasn't used any of its materials yet. Corebage's removal effect is a great way of getting rid of powerful walls because monsters returned to the Deck are very hard to get back on the field.
With multiple Floodgate Trap Holes in the deck, you can use them to stall the duel and then go into Corebage to remove the set monster.
Super Quantal Mech Beast Aeroboros | WIND Machine ★4 ATK 2200 / DEF 2400 |
Shining Sunrise [R] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Cannot attack unless it has Xyz Material. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 other face-up monster on the field; change it to face-down Defense Position. This effect can be activated during either player's turn, if this card has "Super Quantum Green Layer" as Xyz Material. Once per turn: You can attach 1 "Super Quantum" monster from your hand or field to this card as an Xyz Material. |
Rank 4 "Super Quant" Xyz monster with Book of Moon effect which can disrupt your opponent's combo easily.
Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch | LIGHT Psychic ★4 ATK 2200 / DEF 2200 |
Voltage of the Metal [R]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per Chain, during either player's turn, if 2 or more monsters with the same name are on the field: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; choose 1 monster among those with the same name, and destroy all other monsters with that name. While this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Summon monsters with the same name as any of the monster(s) chosen for this card's effect. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can send 2 "Heraldic Beast" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. |
Important card to have against decks that uses same name monsters like Harpies.

The first time I reached DLv Max with meklord. Okay, so the main goal is to swarm the field with all your monster the best line-up probably triskelion, synchro absorption & mklrd army wisel then you got big boss that can steal your opponent extra deck monster with piercing and attack multiple times on monster + destruction negation.
The main core of this deck is obbligato and assembly to thin out your deck asap. Obbligato will destroy itself to special summon 2 meklord army straight from your deck while assembly is simple search your monster just like tenki. Boon is your pot of greed, can be searched by skill and best used on first turn because you must skip your battle the turn you activate this card. The ideal way on first turn is special summon the army by obbligato effect, either combination of granel and skiel or wisel and skiel.
So any of those two with skiel because skiel has floating effect where it special summon another the army from deck if it's destroyed by battle. Sometimes you summon emperor wisel on the first turn after obbligato self-destruct if you are sure your opponent play lot of spell and wisel can negate any spell once per turn also if it's still survived until your next main phase, it can equip opponent synchro monster per turn and you ended up swarming 3 monsters on the first turn act as tough wall.
You can also xyz summon gear gigant x by using the army on first turn to search synchro absorption, in case your emperor wisel is targeted by your opponent and you just tribute it. It can stop 1 opponent monster to attack for 1 turn after special summoned and has stardust dragon like effect, tribute itself to negate destruction effect. Tributing emperor wisel also makes you free to attack with all your monsters since it has drawback to stop your other monster from attack except itself.
Btw, as you can see, I put mekanikle in this deck because I only have 1 triskelion as boss monster but you don't really need to run it if you have multiple copies of triskelion because mekanikle is not as good as triskelion. It can win me the game if your opponent has no backrow and monster with quick effect and if you have triskelion in your hand, you got 2 big boss but it's rare occasion. For the spell/trap, I put 2 assembly because so far I only have 2, putting 3 is recommended for better consistency.
Assembly can get rid of opponent face-up spell/trap like field spell, continuous spell or equip spell say decks like Gaia, Dark Magician and Blackwing often have face-up spell/trap. In my version, I don't bring lot of trap like compulsory evacuation device, I instead put only 1 treacherous trap hole and quick play spell like book of moon and e-con. Also I bring soundproofed and intercept wave since rose dragon is the current tier 1 and feel the true playstyle of meklord, anti-synchro deck. For extra deck, gear gigant x is important act as additional search. Run 2-3 is recommended.
Ironwolf can also act as passive search after it's destroyed by your opponent card and can make 1 your machine monster attack directly bypassing any annoying monster like samurai destroyer or the one that has 3k + ATK if you hesitate unable to OTK if you attack them. The rest is any rank 4 machine monster but if you don't activate obbligato effect, then you can summon any non-machine extra deck monster in case you need in that situation.
Indeed, this deck is strong due to its skill overall but at least it restricts you from running any staple handtrap like kiteroid, sphere kuriboh, d.d. crow because you can only run meklord monster in your main deck so it's quite balance skill but addition of triskelion is also the reason why this deck can compete the meta.

Got Kog with Meklord, amazing turn one set ups with boon draw two into Geargia, get that Wiesel into hand and pop gearGia to bring out a spell negator with some nice backrow you can protect with Wiesel, opponents using synchros more often now make the game so great with Astro Dragon being the perfect game finisher, also Dreadnoid into Magnus and Galaxy destroyer is just super nice, just an amazing well rounded deck for going first or second, Dracosack can’t be summoned, just in there until I get second train.
