Allows you to run "Toon" monsters and trigger their effects.

Cons

Costs 1000 LP to use.
Vurnerable to removals such as De-Spell and Twister.
Not a field spell card, so this takes up 1 spell/trap card slot.
Destroys summoned toon monsters if this spell card is destroyed.

Tips

Use cards like Magic Reflector or other negate spell destruction cards to protect this card.
Gravelstorm can be used to return the card back to your hand, and since it's not destroyed, it will not destroy the current face up toon monsters on the field.

you HAVE to fight legendary duelist and get a high duel assessment. There is also a possibility of getting it with a low duel assessment. But u have to fight LD

RUSH

I've been farming all legendary duelists with pegasus for the last 5 days. Zero skill drops. It seems like all other characters I get drops. I have 3 of all the toon cards but the deck terrible the it's a toon world skill. I'm starting to think my game is broken. Please leave me a reply if you got the skill. I'll try farming tea. She has been good to me in the past.

Well, I'm in a hole now, I get the 2M farming Pegasus and not a single ToonWorld card. I guess my effort was in vain, without this card a toon deck is worthless, sigh... I hope we can get it in some other way sometime.

Yes there is, you need to unlock Pegasus skill. Then he'll automatically set the toon world card everytime a duel starts. It's a "drop" skill. So farm tea lvl 40 with Pegasus and u'll probably get it
