Is there a way to counter this card? Trap Jammer seems to only somewhat counter it during the Battle Phase only.

7 Tools is the main way, but there is also champion of vigilance with conditions. Otherwise, activate the target card if possible.

This work with Field Spells?

I've been saying this for a while and I'll say it again; use this card. I see so many people complain about how relinquished is broken when this card (tbh imo arguably the best s/t removal other than nobleman) exists. It combos so well with some cards, disrupts relinquished majorly making them lose potentially 3 cards of advantage and can allow amazing last turn pushes. USE IT

I agree, this card is pretty underrated. It turns Big Bang Shot into a reliable monster removal, lets you recycle Mirror Wall, may let you protect one of your Spells/Traps from destruction, etc. Not to mention the various benefits from temporarily removing an opponent's Spell/Trap. Oh, and it's cheap from the Card Trader. Pair with Pegasus's Mind Scan skill for even easier use.

Well, the Relinquished players can simply flip their Interdimensional Matter Transporter to counter Gravelstorm and Order to Charge. So in the end Relinquished players still have the upper hands.

I absolutely love this card. It combos very nicely. With Big Bang, with Relinquished, to save a spell/trap-card, or in instances force the opponent to pay up again (in case of Toon World, Baloons).

The potential are there for one to get creative.

I have a question regarding this card. Can you target your own set Reinforcements then chain it as a way of recycling it?

The card is "marked" to be sent to grave at its resolution so Reinforcements will be sent to grave while the opponent's card will return to hand.

The removal combo of Big Bang + Gravelstorm. Equip Big Bang to opponent's monster then use Gravelstorm. Monster is removed to play lol.

This card and Mirror Wall...

Tbh gravelstorm is probably the best backrow removal card in the game. Some people may argue that Twister is but the versatility of this card is far greater than that of Twister, De-spell, Spiritualism, etc. it may be a slow card, that being a trap, but it can easily be used as more than just a card thats used offensively. With the game being heavily revolved around equips and ramming over your opponent's monster, this card can easily prevent that by getting rid of those equips temporarily and allowing a quick push for game

It's a temporary removal, not permanent. I run it in my toon world deck to protect my toons, and while it has won me some games I wouldn't rank it as versatile as twister.

In a game that is as fast as this, Gravelstorm might as well be a permanent removal card since they can't set the card later the same turn if they are in their Battle Phase
