Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters needed for a Tribute Summon (normally 2). This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks.
Doesn't appear to benefit from three star demotion which is curious, im using it as a placeholder for a 3rd toon barrel dragon I don't have yet and I would think based on its text you can special Summon it after using 3sd because it would require 0 tributes however that doesn't seem to be the case.
As stupid as this sounds, that is not a glich, that is how the card is supposed to work. I have no idea why it works like that though, its a really dumb ruling
just read the 🔥ing card:
"Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters needed for a Tribute Summon (normally 2)" do you know what must means? should i get you dictionary?
"Must" is not the issue I had here. The issue I had is with the fact it says you special Summon it by tributing the number of monsters it would take to tribute summon it, well with three star demotion the card becomes a level 4 thus it would require 0 tributes to Summon. Why would it put (normally 2) in there if you weren't able to change that number? That was my line of thought.
