NOTE: Don't listen to the narcissitic-haters! They are small minded as always.
This card is useful! Like any card you need to strategize to get the most out of it.
Tip: Combine this card with a Trap that negates the opponent's attack or converts their attack to direct damage instead, e.g. Toon Defense.
The goal of Toon Monsters is to directly attack your opponents LP. Every little helps. Use an equip card to boost its attack, e.g. Metamorph or the Guardian spell card (I forget it's name but it makes the equipped monster harder to KO).
Lastly, you can always pair the card with XYZ summons.
To special summon the card on the field, use "Red Eyes Toon Dragon".
