Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters needed for a Tribute Summon (normally 0). This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks.

Cons

Requires "Toon World" to summon.
Can't attack the turn it's special summoned.

Destroyed if "Toon World" is destroyed.

Can be special summoned, and that will help you conduct a tribute summon.

Got it on Pegasus lvl 10, in glossy. The How to get is not exact.

Now that they added this to pvp ticket they better 🔥ing remove it from the Pegasus coming to the gate along with Toon Masked 🔥 and Gorgon 🔥 Eye

The last event was back in February. The game was released in January 2017 in Europe. I play this game since April. In February, there were 30M players. In April, 40M players. In October, 55M players. So, there are approximatively 25M players who have not Pegasus, that's nearly 50%. So stop being selfish and let them win Toon Mermaid if they want ;)

Ikr I've farmed Pegasus so much and every time I get gorgon's eye or toon world. I have 7 of each. I'm wanna make a good toon deck. But Pegasus hates me.
