"Dark Magician" + 1 Dragon-Type monster Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials or with "The Eye of Timaeus", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. If this card is Special Summoned: Target any number of Spell Cards in any Graveyard(s) (min.1); banish those targets, and if you do, this card gains 100 ATK for each card banished by this effect. If this card is destroyed: You can target 1 Spellcaster-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.
Dragon’s Mirror will always be a good option when Fusion Summoning a Dragon-type monster because it will use materials from the graveyard. Curse of Dragonfire can Fusion Summon with himself a Dark Magician on your field (no fusion spell required).
Eye of Timaeus
Eye of Timaeus can be used to Fusion Summon any Fusion monster with Dark Magician as a listed material. Although it can be costly to use because it requires a Dark Magician already on the field. Because it lists Dark Magician in its effect you can search Eye of Timaeus with some Dark Magician Support.
Is treated as Dark Magician while on the field so you can use him as fusion material when using Eye of Timaeus. Additionally, upon activating Eye of Timaeus, or any Spell/Trap card, Magician of Dark Illusion will allow you to Special Summon Dark Magician from your graveyard.
Spellcaster monsters
Here are some powerful Spellcaster monsters you can Special Summon when Amulet Dragon is destroyed. The Dark Magician you used as fusion material will always be your go to option if ever you don’t have more powerful Spellcasters in the graveyard.
