A deck with great OTK potential with the proper set-up. It is important to only activate Life Cost 0 the turn you want to OTK.

Life Cost 0 You can use the skill when your Life Points are 1000 or less. You do not have to spend Life Points to activate a card until your opponent's next turn ends. You can only use the skill once per Duel. | Tea |
To make this deck work you need to get Gold Sarcophagus and Different Dimension Resurrection/Escape from Dark Dimension in your starting hand. Banish Cyber-Stein with Gold Sarcophagus and then use another card to revive him. If you have multiple Gold Sarcophagus in your hand, you can banish more Cyber-Steins, D.D.R.s, and Escape from Dark Dimensions from your deck so that they do not become dead draws with Into the Void.
Temple of the Kings allows you to activate Trap cards the turn you set them. This allows you to activate Escape from Dark Dimension quicker and revive Cyber-Stein. You are also able to activate Treacherous Trap Hole to clear your opponent's monsters. To activate multiple Treacherous Trap Holes set both cards first and then turn on Self Chain, Now you can respond to your own Treacherous Trap Hole with another copy of the card.
After Reviving Cyber-Stein and clearing your opponent's field, it's time to OTK. Use the Cyber-Stein's effect to special summon a Fusion monster from your extra deck. The monster to summon depends on the situation, if your opponent does not have any card left on the field or if you only have 1 Cyber Stein on the field the best monster to summon is Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and hope that you can end the game. If your opponent has Backrow set then it is best to special summon Arcana Knight - Joker for protection but keep in mind you need 2 Cyber-Steins on the field to OTK. If you cannot OTK this turn the best to summon would probably be Cyber Blader for stalling and gaining effects depending on how many monsters are in your opponent's field.
Since you will be ending the duel anyway or spending your entire hand to try, the drawback of Into the Void would not really affect you. So using Into the Void as a way to draw into your combo pieces is a great way to boost consistency.
You need search cards in your deck to get your combos out quicker and thin your deck. Set Sangan on the field and have your opponent destroy it to search out Cyber-Stein. Use The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh to add Kuriboh from your deck to to your hand. You can use The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh when your opponent declares an attack and then during the damage step activate Kuriboh to negate the damage.
Try to not lose the duel before you complete the cards you will need for your combo. Use stall cards to drag out the duel until you are ready to use your combo. Kuriboh only defends you from damage so it is best to use him when your opponent declares a direct attack, he can be searched by using Flute of Summoning Kuriboh.
Just like the usual Cyber-Stein decks, use its effect once you lowered your HP to 1000, and use your skill Life Cost 0 to special summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or any other fusion monster from your extra deck.
Although not as powerful as Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in terms of stats, other fusion monsters in this deck have great effects that also make them worth summoning.
