Revives a banished monster.

Cons

Monster is destoyed when this card is destroyed.
You wont always face an opponent that can banish your monsters.

Tips

Notes

This card could be effective against decks that like to banish your monsters, like Amazoness with Amazoness Onslaught or Spellbooks with Spellbook of Fate.
The monster you revive will be sent to the graveyard when destroyed, which can be handy for retrieval.

D.D. Assailant

D.D. Warrior

You can revive your D.D. Assailant or D.D. Warrior that was banished as a result of battle and then use them as a beatstick or to banish another one of your opponent's monsters.

Inferno Tempest

You can use Inferno Tempest to Banish all monsters from both Player's decks, and then use Different Dimension Revival to bring back any monster you want.

Let me guess: The monster you're trying to special summon hasn't been summoned properly before.

Also, the monster has to be banished face-up.

If it's banished face-down, even if you know it's a monster, the game has no way to know, so you can't target it with this card.

This and Gem-Knight Master Diamond... I’m still surprised how the KoG guy posted his recipe got there with Triamid Pulse instead of this because it’s a destruction fodder against Fur Hire.

As that one able to be used once per turn, I was thinking about Release from stone, but this one is even better.

BUT the catch is, if you use a trap card instead, you can use the skill Balance, so that in return makes the combo possible and consistent, I guess.

No, you're probably just trying to Summon something like Gate Guardian you didn't properly Summon prior to it being banished.

Oops, for effect it should be "before and after comma", not just before.

And of course after typing that I remember some effects consist of two sentences, so "before and after" can be right as well.

Ah well, I'll just write again a new one here:

Before ":" (colon) = activation condition
Before ";" (semicolon) = cost
Before and After "," (comma) = effect

Two things to note: Not EVERYTHING before a semi-colon is a cost (though they're never effects, but just the same, declaring card names, etc. isn't a cost), just stuff you do upon activation. And second, this wording scheme only applies to activation costs. MAINTENANCE costs don't use a semi-colon. (Spiritual Energy Settle Machine won't trigger Dark Worlds for example.)

This card (actually most card) cannot target face-down banished card. Obviously because the card identity is unknown (monster, spell, trap)

And that's why cards that banishes other cards face-down is powerful.

Banishing face-down is the only way in the franchise right now, to ensure a card will never return into the game.

if you have all the key (UR & SR) cards for BLS-SS, i believe BLS-SS deck can rank up to tier 1.
