Full hight lvl monsters + montage seems to be the best option to defeat lvl 1000000

Currently his max level is LV90, but I expect Konami to release the LV100 later (IMO LV100 should be the highest, 90 is just an odd number). Anyway, my Tie That Binds Heroes did very well against him

It took me 2 times against his Lvl 90 before Lvl 100 appeared for me. Must be because I'm over 7mil event points.

Yeah! Ironically when facing Tyranno at the gate he would mostly go first however whenever Ultimate would show up I'd tend to go first with only like 3 times he would go first.

It's part of the Ultimate Tyranno portion of this event. You always go first against Ultimate Tyranno and in regular duels against Tyranno Hassleberry regular coin tosses applies.

I've faced his Lvl 90 like, twice. There is a lvl 100 in this event but haven't faced it yet.
