NOTES

The GameA Tier List is primarily based on King of Games decks submitted by users and performance in Tournament.

Tier list

Decks in Tier 1 and 2 are ones that are known to have achieved good success against other decks/players.

Meta decks

Meta decks are decks that are often commonly used by players in PvP. Meta decks will often change depending on newer cards or strategies, so we will keep updating this page often to keep everyone informed of newer decks.

Tier 0

Tier 0 decks are decks that completely dominate a meta and you either play the same deck or a deck that completely counters it (but loses to almost any other deck).

There are currently no Tier 0 decks

Tier 1

These decks are very well rounded. They have ways to deal with almost every deck and have very few weaknesses themselves.

100% monster deck Blue Eyes is fair and beautiful deck to watch and spectate.

Those with pink negær ultra rare backrow are ugly as f* to look at.

More than 5 spell traps in any deck makes it ugly.

It has been months since I last saw a BE deck like that, every BE deck nowadays is just 10 counter traps or packed with karmas, raigekis and floodgates

Yeah, it's gonna be yet another mediocre EX structure for sure (which I'm fine with, from F2P perspective). NK needs 5 backrow zones to work, but DL only has 3.

Finally new meta deck is coming after this. All the much hated broken cards will be gone in 2 weeks. Konami started to get serious in implementing banlist and this will just be the 1st batch. After the next KC Cup a second batch of broken cards should follow.

Extra Deck is easy too.
Optimal build needs 2 SR Sabre Dancer, no box reset.

You can even use only Cat Dancer, which is R.

The best for now are shiranui and karakuri. But they are too expensive also probably one of their core cards will get hit again. I recommend you invest ritual beast but if you able to handle this big brain deck. Or you can invest on triamid. Affordable, quite strong and so far there is no limit card on them so you can put lot of staples.

Crystron is so broken in KC Cup, every single Crystron monster can summon Citree/Rion + 3 Cosmic Cyclone. Summoning Ametrix during opponent's battle phase is indeed broken. Don't hope that XYZ can be in meta until they nerf this deck to an acceptable level.

Karakuri deserve a nerf. A turn 1 Karakuri can beat anything and even Blackwing turn 2 got no chance. 177 Merchant must be included into the banlist after KC Cup.
