  • Able to destroy any card your opponent controls, by getting at least 2 heads in a 3-coins toss.
  • Good ATK stats.

Cons

  • Weak DEF stats.
  • Requires 1 tribute to Normal Summon.

Tips

  • You will mostly be using Blowback Dragon to destroy your opponent’s backrow as its attack may easily overpower lower level monsters.
  • You can also opt to use cards like Hey, Trunade! or Anti-Magic Arrows to disable your opponent’s backrow protection, in such case the best strategy is to use Blowback Dragon’s effect to destroy your opponent’s monster instead, allowing you potential direct attacks.

Speed Summon

You can use these options to quickly get Blowback dragon to the Field. Soul Exchange is not recommended because you want to be able to take the opportunity to attack during the same turn you get Blowback Dragon out and use its effect.

You can Normal/Tribute summon Blowback Dragon to the Field, use its effect to destroy 1 of your opponent’s backrow, then Fusion summon Gatling Dragon from your Extra Deck, and use its effect to destroy as many monsters as the number of Heads you get in a 3-coins toss. This effectively gives you plenty of Field advantage.

Support

These are the most prominent and useful Machine-type support cards to assist Blowback Dragon. In addition to that, you can use Second Coin Toss to have more chances to land on multiple Heads in a 3-coins toss.

Blowback Dragon can destroy any card the opponent controls on the field, including Mask of the Accursed and other Spell/Trap cards

Just lost to this card. Luck on my Side Joey is why it's not in the game. 2 Mausoleum of the Emperor with 3 cup of ace. 3 twin barrel Dragon. 2barrel dragons. 2 Blow dragons. 3 golden apples enchanted jav and you have an infinite summon rate of rolling the he'll out of every card your opponent has. Lol

Whyyyyyy did konami put this card in the damn game if you can't freaking obtain it. I'm trying to farm bandit Keith and it only works 50 percent of the time because of that BS card!! Blowback dragon is way too good! Why have it in the game if there's no way you can get it!

It's annoying but not exactly broken I mean after all its ability is based on chance so it's not 100 percent definite that it's going to destroy something and let's not forget it only has 1200 which most monsters can run over (assuming it's in Def)overall a pretty versatile card but I wouldn't rely on it too much
