Although the theme of the duelists character seems to be suitable for playing angle-theme deck, but the skill unlock from leveling up does not fully support the concept to play such mentioned style. Skill to use Cyber-Stein
Life Cost 0 is a very unique skill in current skill pool of duel links’s available characters. Since the skill can be used only once in a duel when your Life Points are 1000 or less. This skill could turn the table of the game’s situation when properly strategized with the proper deck such as Cyber-stien deck. → Ultimate Cyber-Stein: deck recipe

Get Monster anti-support cards
Tea’s duel reward card are useful in the case that player are looking for cards that could counter a specific type of monster deck (Machine, Fiend, Warrior, Fish, Rock-type monster deck) which is all “R” rarity card reward and is not difficult to obtain based on rarity drop rate.
For “UR” and “SR” reward is for “Black Magician” support cards theme-deck. If player is not planning in constructing this type of deck, it is suggested that player should spend gate key on other legendary duelists.

Life Cost 0 You can use the skill when your Life Points are 1000 or less. You do not have to spend Life Points to activate a card until your opponent's next turn ends. You can only use the skill once per Duel.
Surprise Present Select 1 card Set in your Spell & Trap Zone, and force it on your opponent. Only the player that activates this skill can view this card. This skill can only be used once per Duel.
Duel, standby! Each player's starting hand increases by 1 card. You cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards or monster effects on your first turn.
That is what I am planning to do for a deck, too. I have draw sense fire for Aster, and then Fire Princess will be the only fire monster in the deck in order to get her faster. I finally got Solemn Wishes. I just need two more Draining Shields before I start.
