Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon is useless, this page should point out that there is no advantage having it on a deck. First of all if it is in your hand you can't special summon it. Second you lose the main Metalmorph effect which is gaining half of the attack points of the monster being attacked. I can't see a reason to have it on your deck, and the damn Joey lvl40 will always drop this trash.

in case your red eyes get's locked with a spell or trap card you can substitute him for a brand new monster, it isn't totally useless but i wouldn't use it in duel links

I am thinking to get red eye spirit for the sr. Not sure if one copy have any effect in a deck.

They gotta stop wasting their time adding more and more support cards for this garbage card. He can't even defeat summoned skull who is a level 6. You will never be a champion with a red eyes deck.

SUCH an ignorant statement, them releasing the support cards is WHY red eyes is good. I got to platinum SUPER fast using red eyes zombie. Good luck with all those summoned skull support cards... noob

No you need 2 for the deck always think about deck consistency... 3 is too much to be used in a deck... it is not that you will be always able to use it in a duel... it can be easily DEAD DRAW if you draw it in the wrong time... so 2 is the exacly number you need it... you can still farm joye though too get his Geminai dragon witch can be usefull (no more than 1 though)...

Dude seriously? I've been farming Joey for around 6000-8000 points at level 40 throughout the entire event and have rarely failed and I've still only gotten 1 SR and it was the Gemini. Goddamnit

Actually it wasn't. Yo only got Original art DMG and BEWD. Don't why they left Red-Eyes out since it was also part of the main card trio from the original series. Same thing happened when they released the prismatic BEWD and DMG but no REBD.

Wouldn't be that ideal, thereare better ways to summon red eyes. Totem dragon for example, or red eyes black chick.

If you have joey's or raptor's red eyes I wouldn't buy another. 2 red eyes is good enough. I bought a 3rd just to have it.

guess it comes to the atribute compatibility, yu gi oh gives more attack to pure fusion monsters, the reason why master of oz has a lot of attack close to beuwd is because they are from the same des monsters, i guess meteor b dragon gets bonus attack because both monsters are dragons

Save the two original ones you get. There is currently no way to get another glossy Red-Eyes Black Dragon.
