If I had to make a list of the current popular cards this one counters:
Sunsaga,
spirit master,
blast spider,
alternative BE,
black rose,
Raikiri,
offerings to the doom,
noble knights,

needle ceiling.

Maybe because coin flip doesn't have guaranteed effect I think you can also use dark bribe,magic jammer and divine punishment instead of this

use this card in conjunction with grave squimers against red-eyes slash dragon, after the dragon attacks your grave squimer target the slash dragon it will try to negate the squimers effect and when he try's this use destruction jammer to send that dragon to the graveyard

Even if that did work (which it won't, since Slash Dragon won't be attempting to destroy anything in this scenario), if your sole aim is that combo with Grave Squirmer, why would you use Destruction Jammer over Chivalry?

There is better traps like this (chivalry, ultimate providence, starlight road, or even Face-off sometimes..) these are all way better but i was surprised back then when this worked, since the grave squimers effect is to target destroy if he counters with his dragons effect for some this card will work to counter, his counter. It also works against blackrose dragon and red-eyes archfeind go try it

and go read slash dragons effect again, when a monsters card effect targets a monster send one equip card to the graveyard to negate the activation and if you do destroy that card since in this situation hes trying to destroy my grave squimer since i can jam him my grave squimers effect will still go through

You can't respond to a Counter Trap card with a monster effect. Counter Trap card has higher Spell Speed.

This does not negate continous spell card.. Someone use the world tree effect to destroy my monster and this thing cant be activated.. Does spell effects dont include continuos spell?

DW don't destroy monster as it's main effect. That's only the second part and only in reaction of an activating effect.

Ultimate Providence uses "and if you do", I think that's the reason. Makes it sounds optional, and Destruction Jammer can't respond since optional means it doesn't always destroy.

That, or you missed something.
