Pros

Makes 1 or 2 tribute monster much easier to do, while also destroying your opponent's monster as well.
Allows you to use opponent's monster without any type, level, element or any kind of restriction.

Cons

Essentially a dead card if you don't have a monster to tribute summon in your hand.
Can't attack the turn you use this card.

Tips

Legion the Fiend Jester can take advantage of this card, allowing you to destroy your opponent's monster, tribute summon a high level spellcaster monster in a turn, and it will also activate it's ability to get another card from your deck.

Use monsters that can be summoned with only 1 tribute so you don't have to sacrifice your own monster. Cards like Angel 07 and Teva can be very powerful and build quite an advantage.

Just want to mention that you can use it with Enemy Controller or Order to Charge.. seems pretty broken.

E-con is the only one really. It requires 3 cards (e-con, a monster to tribute for 2nd effect, and a 5 star+ monster to use opponents monster as a tribute).

I don't get it. Why isn't this card played often? Extremely resourceful and powerful. And not to mention you can get 3 copies of it.

Just found out this can be used with Tribute Doll. Maybe not good in higher level play but as low as I am this is hilarious.

this is great for level 7+ monsters to be tributed easily and destroy an enemy's monster for an extra upside. But, the downside is if they don't have the monster, you'll have to play your cards right, especially if it's your first turn.

This card effect is so dumb, even when I destroy my own monster which got targeted by this card, opponent can still tribute summon using only his monsters, except that he cannot enter battle phase.
