King of Game decks [Jan 2019]

I Use Mind Scan because it makes me play around my opponents traps and prevent him from taking advantage.
My main strategy is to wait til my opponent is vulnerable - by either using Telepath to remove backrow and finish him or combo off with recombination device and Powerful rebirth.

I've got one Chalice because its a VERY versatile card. Sometimes I use it to boost my attach in damage step to destroy my opponents monster so that I can OTK them next turn. Sometimes I negate effects, sometimes I only bait my opponent with it.

Powerful Rebirth is a huge card in the Alien deck because you can set recombination and rebirth and next turn use both. 3 Walls - Basically self explanatory it has won so many matches against silent swordsman and aggro decks(Blue-Eyes, Koaki).

I run two Overlords to combine with A cell to set up future moves to summon the other Overlord and use Telepath to remove back row. Xing Zhen Hu allows me to lock down two back row requiring me to only have to worry about one spot. Enemy controller allows me to switch the opponents monster in defense and when they end their turn activate A cell to set up my next turn. I use Mind scan to help guide my decision when to go in for the finish or hold off until I can deal with it.

The strategy of this deck is to Gradually reduce the opponent life points and through the use of the Skill parasite paracide 1 or 2 cards added to the opponents side (while this card(s) face up ,all monsters of my opponents side become insect type and inflicts 1000 effect damage also through the use of lava Golem (special Summon) during standby phase opponents inflict 1000 effect damage , while I'm using Amazoness it really helps you to reach the King of Games , I knew that all cards.

It’s the usual Amazoness deck with a few changes to counter specific decks. I use it with Yami Yugi’s Destiny Draw to make sure i draw the card i need to get the win. Jinzo and Cyber Soldier help me defeat other Amazoness decks and Trap decks as well as Anti-Meta decks.

Cyber Soldier and Amazoness Sword Woman get me the win against Masked HERO decks, U.A. decks and other Warrior decks. Amazoness Onslaught and Amazoness Queen ensure the victory against Fur Hire decks. The trap cards i have ensure i can deal with other decks such as the Blue Eyes, Koaki Meru and Vampire decks. Amazoness Sword Woman gets you the win most times but the key is to be patiant with your attacks.

After climbing from Platinum to Legend with basically the same Fur Hire deck I used last season, I decided to try something else for the final stretch to KOG.

I ran into a similar deck on a Vagabond, and decided to tweak it and make it a little bit more consistent; so basically I have a decent chance of opening up with either winning condition (Cipher+DNA or straight up Amazoness). Lava Golem is a decent support for either, whether you ram into it with Swordswoman or have a Cipher set.

Amazoness are still viable! Offerings of the doomed helps with koakis and masked heros, then the rest is the same recipe to maintain field control.

Probably one of the simplest F2P King of games decks there is. The only difference to most anti-meta decks is that I used unknown synchron so I could bring out Armedes to use against Anki decks.

3x wall of D was essential because of the rise of Koaki Meira decks with Sandman and Maximus. Econ also a big help to stop maximus OTK.

Easily beat blue eyes, dark magician and Anki as they can't get over spikeshield.
Witch raider mainly used so vampires weren't too difficult.

Silent swordsman and magician decks struggled with the trap cards but I struggled against magicians more before Spellbook of Fate became semi limited.

Didn't need to use a skill so I used Jack Atlas but in the last match I unlocked Life point boost to start with 5000 which I will use from now on.

Note: It is your average Anti-Trap deck with a little twist due to some missing cards and with a good amount of luck got me from legend 1 to KOG.

My second KOG, good against koaki and amazon control decks, but has a hard time against silent decks.

Just standard Aromage deck with a Slifer I added in which ironically won me the rank up game to kog haha lol xD
