The only use I have come up with for this card is using it as fodder for Tribute Doll. That way, you can summon a strong level 7 monster with minimal investment. It's faster than flip monsters that generate extra fodder, most notably Bubomic Vermin, which makes this probably the best monster to use with that specific spell, so the card is not completely worthless at least.
