Tips
The Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon's effect is activated when he is summoned in any way. This means that aside from Synchro summoning you can also activate the protection effect by reviving Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon.
Synchro Summon
Use this card in a Blue-Eyes deck where it can easily be Synchro summoned and maximize it's effect. The "Eyes of Blue" Archetype consists of level 1 Tuner monsters you can use alongside Blue-Eyes White Dragon to Synchro summon into Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon. You can also use The White Stone of Legend as a Tuner and search out a Blue-Eyes white Dragon when it is sent to the graveyard.
Gemini monsters are treated as Normal monsters while in the graveyard so you can revive them with Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon's effect. Since they were special summoned you can normal summon them again to gain their effects.
