You can special summon gemini monsters from the graveyard pretty easily. Use Featherizer's effect to send Hydragon to the graveyard, then either use Soul Resurrection at the end of your opponent's turn, or Blazewing Butterfly / Supervise to get it from the graveyard. Bastion's other level up cards: Chemical Beast Hydron Hawk, and Chemical Beast Carbon Crab can also help with special summoning Hydragon.
Some lower level Gemini monsters can have increased attacks on their own, which you can further increase if you have Hydragon with its effect already available. Goggle Golem can be 3100 attack, and Phantom Dragonray Bronto to 3300. Skelesaurus can be good if you use it with Jurassic World, increasing its attack helps destroy monsters so you can take control of it. Use Double Summon to speed up the normal summons.
