Fur Hire: deck recipe [Nov 3]

Duel Links Fur Hire deck, Fur Hire in the meta, how to use Fur Hire cards.
update 03/11/2022
Leviair the Sea Dragon
Leviair the Sea Dragon
WIND Sea Serpent ★3
ATK 1800 / DEF 1600
Voltage of the Metal [UR]
2 Level 3 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 banished Level 4 or lower monster; Special Summon that target to your side of the field.

Leviair lets you recover banished Fur Hire monsters. Especially ones you only have a single copy of like Seal and Bravo.

Number 70: Malevolent Sin
Number 70: Malevolent Sin
DARK Insect ★4
ATK 2400 / DEF 1200
Photons of Galaxy [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3.

Against opponents with only 1 monster on the field, this will let you get some direct attacks, which will occasionally win games. But it's also useful in general since using it on Xyz monsters will remove their materials.

Diamond Dire Wolf
Diamond Dire Wolf
EARTH Beast ★4
ATK 2000 / DEF 1200
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster you control and 1 other card on the field; destroy them.

Since the deck uses Beast related type monsters, Diamond Dire Wolf can use the Fur Hire monsters as the cost, which you can then recover with Seal. This will let you use Diamond Dire Wolf's effect again next turn.

Number 20: Giga-Brilliant
Number 20: Giga-Brilliant
LIGHT Insect ★3
ATK 1800 / DEF 1800
Number Hunter: Kite Tenjo Unlock Event [SR]
2 Level 3 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; all face-up monsters you currently control gain 300 ATK.

Giga-Brilliant can be summoned for its field-wide ATK boost, but usually you'll want to reserve him for making Corebage.

Wind-Up Zenmaines
Wind-Up Zenmaines
FIRE Machine ★3
ATK 1500 / DEF 2100
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 3 monsters
If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this effect was used this turn: Target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

Zenmaines is good for stalling since your opponent would think twice before attacking into it and triggering its removal effect. You can also manually trigger Zenmaines' removal by crashing it into an enemy monster.

Digital Bug Rhinosebus
Digital Bug Rhinosebus
LIGHT Insect ★7
ATK 2600 / DEF 2200
Infinite Ray [R]
2 or more Level 7 LIGHT Insect-Type monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by detaching 2 Xyz Materials from a Rank 5 or 6 Insect-Type Xyz Monster you control, then using that Xyz Monster as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy the face-up monster(s) your opponent controls with the highest DEF (all, if tied).

Rhinosebus is a pretty decent non-targeting monster removal since it's a quick effect. You go into it by using 2 Beats and XYZ into Giga-Brilliant -> Corebage -> Rhinosebus.

Alternatively, if you want to save an extra deck slot, you can use Inzektor Exa-Beetle instead, but you'll have to use 2 Dynas to go into that.

Inzektor Exa-Beetle
Inzektor Exa-Beetle
DARK Insect ★6
ATK 1000 / DEF 1000
Darkness Gimmick [R]
2 Level 6 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard; equip that target to this card. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the original ATK and DEF of the monster equipped by this effect. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up card on each side of the field; send those targets to the Graveyard.

Since the deck's highest attack monster is only Dyna at 2500, there might be times when you have to get over your opponent's monster instead of doing a double Dyna lockdown. Having Exa-Beetle + Rhinosebus does open up some potential plays to speed up a win.

Digital Bug Corebage
Digital Bug Corebage
LIGHT Insect ★5
ATK 2200 / DEF 1800
Infinite Ray [R]
2 or more Level 5 LIGHT Insect-Type monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by detaching 2 Xyz Materials from a Rank 3 or 4 Insect-Type Xyz Monster you control, then using that Xyz Monster as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls; shuffle it into the Deck. Once per turn, if the battle position of a monster(s) on the field is changed (except during the Damage Step): You can attach 1 Insect-Type monster from your Graveyard to this card as Xyz Material.

Giga-Brilliant and Corebage can be used since the deck can special summon 2 level 3 on the field. Having Corebage and Gaia Dragon will help when your opponent won't summon monsters in the attack position.

Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch
Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch
LIGHT Psychic ★4
ATK 2200 / DEF 2200
Voltage of the Metal [R]
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per Chain, during either player's turn, if 2 or more monsters with the same name are on the field: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; choose 1 monster among those with the same name, and destroy all other monsters with that name. While this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Summon monsters with the same name as any of the monster(s) chosen for this card's effect. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can send 2 "Heraldic Beast" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard.

For when you go against decks like Harpies or Cyber Dragons since they use monsters with the same name. Bringing this out early before they get to make their plays can be game-winning.

Number 45: Crumble Logos the Prophet of Demolition
Number 45: Crumble Logos the Prophet of Demolition
EARTH Zombie ★2
ATK 2200 / DEF 0
Shark Fang [R]
2 or more Level 2 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 other face-up card on the field; while this monster is face-up on the field, that target has its effects negated. While that target is on the field, cards with the same name as that target, and their effects, cannot be activated.

Summon with Donpa and Recon as material. Crumble Logos can be a way to make a beater out of two weak ATK monsters.

Soul of Silvermountain
Soul of Silvermountain
EARTH Rock ★3
ATK 1800 / DEF 2200
Shark Fang [R]
2 Level 3 EARTH monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 Set card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone; it cannot be activated while this card is face-up on the field. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle while it has Xyz Material: You can target 1 EARTH monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position.

Soul of Silvermountain will mostly be used to lock enemy backrow. The floating effect lets you revive Beat or Dyna which is quite good.

This horrid deck continues to be an issue. It’s bizarre how can a deck be pretty much invincible, even full of limits on the forbidden lists. There is just no way to beat it unless it bricks really, really badly. It’s extremely needed to put more of these horrid, completely broken cards on the limited lists. I still don’t know of any ways to beat this crap other than it bricking.

Still one of the worst to face as they had the idiocy of freeing Wiz.

this is not a problematic deck literally one fiendish chain and your done, or raigeki break or e con take, the list goes on, its reliance on normal summon is so critical that a single disruption to it stops you dead

Are you aware you're replying to a comment from maybe last year?

This deck WAS an issue back then in 2018-2019. But not anymore now in 2020.

How ducking delusional do you have to be one single disruption = win? Especially against a broken deck? Bring the limits back.

FUR HIRE STILL NUMBER 1 LET'S GO

No effect upon normal summon = RIP
Fun Fact
Did you know the original name for the archtype was sky brigade? The TCG changed the name for the sake of a pun. Let that sink in.

Interesting. It was a good decision. Naming it Sky Brigade is too boring. Since the monsters are all furries, why not name them Fur Hire : Furries for Hire.

*Skyfang Brigade.

There aren't many helpful Xyz for them right now. I would prefer to run see you later and make use of Donpa and Recon's destroy.

Now they will be able to use Trunade or E-con. Which seems like a nightmare, considering the deck is pretty consistent and versatile while still being able to OTK.

We will see if it can get back into the tier list.

You know a archetype is crap when the community barely changes their deck(like one card in this case) when you add support for the deck
