Good ATK stats.
Able to tribute other face-up WATER monster you control to bring back a Continuous or Field Spell card from Graveyard to your top deck.

Cons

You need a monster for Tribute Summon.
You need to Tribute a WATER monster to activate its effect.

Tips

This is an additional support for Decks revolving Sea Stealth Attack that requires Umi to be face up on the Field in order to activate its effects. Currently there are many types of attempts to destroy A Legendary Ocean in order to disable Sea Stealth Attack, if A Legendary Ocean was not banished, then you can always retrieve it back from the Graveyard to reuse it
Despite its lower ATK value compared to other level 5 WATER monsters, it can still destroy other opponent’s monsters at the start of Damage Step with the support of Sea Stealth Attack.

A Legendary Ocean

This Field Spell allows you to Normal Summon Divine Dragon Aquabizarre without using any Tribute. If this Field Spell was sent to the Graveyard, Divine Dragon Aquabizarre can return it to the top of your Deck by Tributing another face-up WATER monster on your field.

Sea Stealth Attack

Since Divine Dragon Aquabizarre is a level 5 WATER monster, it can benefit from this card’s effect of destroying opponent’s monster at the start of Damage Step.

Literally the only reason to run this thing is if you need one more Level 5 WATER monster.

And even then, you most likely just gonna need one copy of this thing.

The only thing Aquabizzare really has going for it is not being Machine-type. Crystal Core and Plesion are both much better cards. Of course, this is only even relevant if you're using Mythic Depths rather than relying entirely on ALO. And even then, I'd argue Giga Gagagigo or Terrorking Salmon would be better choices.
