Able to place 1 A-counter to any monsters that were Special Summoned to your opponent’s side of the Field, when this monster is face-up on your Field.

Cons

Only able to place A-counters onto monsters that are Special Summoned to your opponent’s side of the Field.

Tips

Generally this monster is not used in competitive decks due to its situational nature to place A-counters.

Augmentation

Otherworld - The "A" Zone

Able to further reduce ATK and DEF of your opponent’s monster battling Alien monsters you control.

"A" Cell Recomposition Device

Due to Alien Kid’s ability to place A-counters on opponent’s monsters, you can utilize Brainwashing Beam as a follow up to take control of that opponent’s monster, or you can also use Mysterious Triangle to destroy that monster directly, and Special Summon another 1 of your own Alien Monster which is level 4 or lower. “A” Cell Recombination Device can be banished from your Graveyard to search for Alien Kid from your Deck to your Hand.

Honestly considering how many bugs this card had in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if another bug shows up.

At this point Konami is better off with removing this card from the game and replace it with another Alien support we don't have yet that actually can work properly in DL.

No. Because the effect of this card does not need to "activate". Because there is no formal activation (as indicated by the lack of ":") Divine Wrath's condition cannot be fulfilled.
