As mentioned above, how this deck functions is very simple to understand. It is essentially a beatdown deck, except that Dust Barrier, Riryoku Field and Gravedigger Ghoul is added in specifically for Yami Bakura Lvl 40.
Why dinos?
These dino monsters can reach up to 1900 ATK points which surpass most of Yami Bakura's no-tribute monsters, most notably the The Gross Ghost of Fled Dreams.
They are also known for a good beatdown budget deck. Thus, this deck caters to duelists who do not have sufficient farming cards.
Throughout the duel
Do clear Yami Bakura's monsters to prevent him from tribute summoning stronger monsters. If he uses Soul Exchange or Enemy Controller, you can counter it with Riryoku Field. Dust Barrier is used to protect your normal dino monsters from his spells. This card is added because Yami Bakura uses no trap cards but uses spell cards only. Be careful though because it only lasts for 2 turns. Exile of the Wicked is added for safety measures. In situations where you are overwhelmed with multiple fiend type monsters, you can use Exile of the Wicked to clear them.
*Friendly reminder: Do use your Gravedigger Ghoul before turn 9 as with any other Yami Bakura farming duels.
Improving the assessment score
You may stall until your deck reaches 0 and win after that to get the extra 500 assessment points for the "Cards on the brink" assessment.
You can also add Bracchio-raidus and Polymerization to try and improve the score with the special and fusion summon assessment.

You should add element saurus to neutralize the effects of the monsters you destroy.
