This card is considered as Trap card in Graveyard, therefore you cannot use Soul Resurrection, Birthright, or Powerful Rebirth to Special Summon it from the Graveyard.
These are the Fusion monsters that allows 1 of the Fusion material to be either any Type or Attribute. With this flexibility, you can designate Swamp Mirrorer into the required Type or Attribute according to the Fusion Monster requirement and Fusion summon the monster.
You can Special Summon Swamp Mirrorer, then proceed to use Ties of the Brethren to Special Summon 2 monsters from your Deck with same Type and Attribute as Swamp Mirrorer, but different name.
