Just fusion summoned it with 7 tributes, but only got 2500 attack... Is this correct or just a glitch?

It gives 500 attack for each different name. You probably used some monsters of the same name.

It's decent IF you get at least 4 Worms. The issue with this card is the same as with 5-Headed Dragon---it's insanely hard to summon. Not only that, but it has minimal protection. I mean, if you summon it with 6 it's only as strong as a Blue-Eyes, and while it can send enemy monsters to the GY it doesn't have any defense against Spells/Traps. The Draw Power is nice, but not worth the 6 material.

The strategy here is too use worm apocalypse to destroy any trap cards that can be dangerous to worm zero. After summoning worm zero 🔥 everything with its ability.Next 🔥 him.

My idea:

Use a Balance deck. This guarantees 1 Fusion Spell in hand if you run 5 Spells and 15 Monsters.

Worm Cartaros is run at 3 as your main searcher for differently named Worms. Worm Apocalypse is at 1 because it removes Spells and Traps and can be revived with Worm Zero.

Every other monster is at 1 or 2 to avoid having too many similarly named Worms and making Worm Zero weaker.

Evil Dragon Anata is an enormous beatstick for late game when you've graved all your Worms.

Fusion Recycling Plant can search Polymerization from deck and graveyard, discard Worms to set up Evil Dragon Anata, and retrieve 1 of your Fusion Materials for Worm Zero at the end phase it was summoned. This lets you keep your hand up between Fusions.

I like the idea of using balance for this deck. Dunno if I agree with running Ananta since banishing to summon it would mean Zero's best effect (banish from GY to remove a monster from the field) wouldn't be available to you.
Without having some field presence, to 'stall' until you can get at least 6 to fusion summon, this card isn't as strong. Then again, we only have a 3 card slot, 20 cards limit 30max, and starting hand 4 so that doesn't help much, but you can also use cup of ace/jar of greed to get more worm monsters in your hand, the only way to try and quickly fusion this card. I'm going to have to use more than 20 cards if i'm going to use worm monsters. I'm even having trouble with the loaner deck duel generation next 2 involving worm monsters. Had to surrender more than 5x and counting to get a really good starting hand since most worm monsters have low attack. Konami should have put together a better loaner deck.
