Pros

  • In a DARK type deck, this allows you to keep drawing until you get a spell card. Similar to Magical Merchant except you can choose if you want to discard the dark monster or not.

Cons

  • Only benefits DARK attribute monsters.
  • Requires you to discard the drawn DARK monster for another draw.

Tips

This card is mainly for decks that consists of mostly DARK type monsters, but there are many cards that can take advantage of this. Sending cards to the graveyard can also be used to banish them by using cards like Bazoo the Soul-Eater to increase its attack, Creeping Darkness to search a specific monster, The Beginning of the End for more draws, and many more options.

Chaos Zone, The Puppet Magic of Dark Ruler, Escape from the Dark Dimension, Chaos End, and Doomsday Horror to return all of the banished monsters back to the graveyard, to be banished again.

this is essentially the perfect draw/graveyard engine for necrofear decks.

Use 3 of this in a all dark deck with 17 dark monsters and fight level 10 LDs and you will unlock bastion in a hour or less.

awesome for a necrofear deck - provides fiends to be banished for summoning condition + helps you pull necrofear out.

Good for Exodia special duel. VEIL OF DARKNESS to accelerate through your deck --> toss the Exodia pieces --> BACKUP SOLDIER trap card to select the pieces from the graveyard
