Each time a monster(s) is banished, place 1 Chaos Counter on this card for each of those monsters. Once per turn: You can remove 4 or more Chaos Counters from your side of the field to target 1 banished monster with a Level equal to the number of Chaos Counters removed; Special Summon that target. When this card on the field is sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect: You can add 1 LIGHT or DARK monster from your Deck to your hand, whose Level is less than or equal to the number of Chaos Counters that were on this card.
Never think of it, said above stated. Fountain in the Sky is one of useful healing cards in removing monsters to play. Potential is there, sadly anyone can't see this because both are N cards which are underrated.
On second thought, this card would combo pretty well with a Fairy deck using Fountain in the Sky!
With a Fairy deck, you have pretty good draw power especially if you take advantage of Airknight Parshath and Agent of Creation Mercury.
With the additional draw power, you would want to take advantage of the extra cards you get. An easy way to do this would be to include useful spells that you can easily use to gain an advantage. Adding a spell card like Chaos Zone would be a good idea, because it is easy to play AND it's a field spell so it doesn't take up space. Right now there's no field cards really for Fairy decks so Chaos Zone would be not a problem.
Then, whenever your monsters die, you can remove them from play with Fountain in the Sky to gain LP, AND build up Chaos counters. Then eventually you can use it for an extra special summon. Perhaps you could even Special Summon an Airknight or other powerful Fairy card.
If they destroy the Chaos Zone early, then you can use its 2nd effect: move one Light/Dark monster from Deck to Hand. Since it doesn't have to be level 4 or higher like the first part of the card's effect, you can then search for something like Freiya as long as you had 1 Chaos counter.
I'll be trying this out, just need a couple more cards for my Fairy deck ~
