Gigaplant can Special Summon Tytannial, Princess of Camellias from your hand or graveyard. Lord Poison and Blue Rose Dragon can revive a Tytannial in your graveyard. Rose Lover can be banished from your graveyard to Special Summon Tytannial from your hand and make her immune to Trap cards for the turn. Rose Witch can be used as 2 Tributes when Tribute Summoning Tytannial, Princess of Camellias.
Here are some monsters you can use as cost when Tytannial, Princess of Camellias negates an effect. You can use Plant-type tokens as cost if you have the means to summon them, like with Lekunga. Naturia Pineapple can revive itself every turn making him good for cost.
An archetype of all Plant-type monsters, and with their ability to swarm you will almost always have cost for Tytannial’s effect. With their constant excavating, they can put Rose Lover in your graveyard which can inturn be used to summon Tytannial.
