This deck focuses on X-Sabers' Synchro spam ability to make the level-6 Synchro toolbox. The effects of cards such as Gottom's Emergency Call and XX-Saber Darksoul keep your resources up while you continuously make your Synchro plays.

If you control Darksoul or Emmersblade, you can Special Summon Psychic Wheeleder from your hand.
You can Normal Summon XX-Saber Darksoul, Special Summon Psychic Wheeleder and then make a level-6 Synchro Summon. During the End Phase, if XX-Saber Darksoul is still in your Graveyard, you get to search an “X-Saber” monster, usually XX-Saber Darksoul or XX-Saber Fulhelmknight, from your Deck to your hand.
If Psychic Wheeleder is sent to the Graveyard as Synchro Material, it allows you to target a monster on the field with less ATK than the Synchro Monster you Summoned and destroy it. So when summoning Hyunlei, this combo can remove up to 4 cards from your opponent's field.

If this card destroys an opponent's Defense Position monster by battle: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "X-Saber" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.|
Special Summon Fulhelmknight with effects like Emmersblade and Gottom's Emergency Call and use him as synchro material. This is particularly effective with Gottom's Emergency Call because Fuhelmknight can be revived with a non-Tuner pair such as Darksoul.
Fulhelmknight is mainly used for being a level-3 X-Saber Tuner. His first can be useful for protecting your monsters but can only be used once. The second effect is entirely irrelevant.
Even though Darksoul's search effect is kinda slow only being activated during the End Phase, the number of ways you can trigger the search makes up for its slowness.
Usually you trigger the search by using Darksoul as synchro material alongside Wheeleder or Fulhelmknight. You can also set Darksoul and have your opponent attack into it so you get the search before the start of your turn.
Darksoul is the best monster to use as cost for Ballista Squad because it lets you replenish your resources during the End Phase.
Set Emmersblade for your opponent to destroy and float into Darksoul which you can use to Synchro Summon when your turn comes. You can float into another Emmersblade to keep stalling attacks, but the last monster you Special Summon should be Darksoul. If Darksoul also gets destroyed, you can use its effect to search another Darksoul.
If you already have Darksoul onhand, your last Special Summon should be Fulhelmknight instead.
Gottom's Emergency Call is an effective Synchro enabler because of its ability to revive a pair of monsters for free. Revive Fulhelmknight and Darksoul to make any of your level-6 Synchros. Since Gottom's Emergency Call requires an X-Saber monster on the field to activate, this can result in a level-9 Synchro such as Vermillion Mech Dragon.
Interestingly, in a mirror match, Gottom's Emergency Call can be activated if your opponent controls an X-Saber monster. And it can also steal X-Sabers from your opponent's graveyard.
Assuming you have everything setup a full OTK combo would go something like this:
Used to get rid of enemy boss monsters upon summoning, similar to how you would use Void Trap Hole. Saber Hole is arguably more powerful because it gives you the option to stop enemy combo starters such as Infernity Archfiend. Additionally it can negate all forms of summon, so Tribute Summoned boss monsters such as Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry can still be hit.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can select and destroy up to 3 Spell or Trap Cards on the field.
With the tight monster zone space of Duel Links, you will need to make XX-Saber Hyunlei as your first Synchro monster if you want to extend into a second Synchro monster with Gottom's Emergency Call.
His effect is essentially equivalent to Harpie's Feather Duster attached to a monster, making him great for setting up OTKs.

One of the best generic level-9 Synchro. You can summon Vermillion Dragon Mech after using Gottom's Emergency Call, after using Level Augmentation, or by synchro climbing.
Prioritize using Wheeleders in your graveyard as effect cost because they can't be recycled.

Coral Dragon is the best monster to synchro climb with because of its draw effect. Pairing it with Darksoul to make Vermillion Mech Dragon, will overall net you additional resources and a powerful monster onboard.
Coral Dragon has its own removal effect but this is inferior to Vermillion Mech in terms of cost efficiency, and inferior to Brionac for OTK purposes.

You can discard any number of cards to the GY, then target the same number of cards your opponent controls; return those cards to the hand. You can only use this effect of "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.
In your OTK combo, Brionac is the second monster to Synchro Summon after Hyunlei. Hyunlei gets rid of your opponent's backrow while Brionac gets rid of their monsters. With your opponent's field cleard, both of their ATKs combined should be able to end the Duel.

During either player's turn, when a Trap Card is activated: You can banish 2 cards from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. This card must be face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.
With an all EARTH Synchro deck like X-Saber you get access to Naturia Barkion. Having him on the field essentially prevents your opponent from using Trap cards as long as you have cards in the graveyard to fuel Barkion.
Keep in mind not to banish a Darksoul that hasn't activate its search.
