Announced in the February update plans, Espa Roba will be returning again this mid February, which will be his second appearance in the game! This time, he will bring new card rewards. Rumors and leaks shows that the card rewards will be Psychic Overload, D.D. Telepon and/or Master Gig.

By dueling Standard/Legendary Duelists, Vagabond and Ranked Duels, Espa Roba's spawn rate increases.

Why is psychic shockwave an SR? There's only like 6 monsters you can summon with it. B.e.s. big core being the best one. It's almost as if they wanted to give us support for jinzo, you know a dark lvl 6 machine type.

Espa is so stupid. He brings back Jinzo with Jinzo Returner, then attacks my Amazoness Swordswoman when he barely has any LP left. And since Jinzo doesn't stay on the field after that due to the effect, he left himself wide open for me to just summon another monster and 🔥 him. I swear, the AI does not even consider how risky it is to attack Amazoness Swordswoman can be sometimes.

This event is a joke. I have already battled him nearly 20 times and I havn't had a single SR drop... WTF

Me too, i use dark paladin with 7k score everyday and only got about 4 SR sor far so i quit this 🔥

To everyone saying that these rewards suck and that we need Jinzo: think about the meta right now. Ancient Gears (Machines) are the top tier decks and it’s because they lock down traps and spells during the battle phase. If Konami released Jinzo right now, it would be overkill, because he would fit in very well with Ancient Gears decks and basically be used to negate traps entirely (which would counter so many decks, Massivemorph for example), especially if they released Amplify with it.

They already released Pulse Mines for this event, which is a souped-up Windstorm of Etaqua specific to Machines (or, specifically Ancient Gears).

I suspect Jinzo would have been a reward, but considering how it would just boost Ancient Gears, they’re probably holding off until other cards are released to introduce new metas or playstyles, which is smart and fair. Patience, just give it time.

I expect it'll be an individual reward for receiving espa or getting espa to like 40. I have no doubt Jinzo will be released, even if you only get 1. But his support probably not

Instead of such useless events like Espa Roba neither unlockable nor a chance to get Jinzo, they should increase the Level for the Characters to 50
