Tips

Due to the requirements of using this card, we may not see much potential to be used in Psychic Decks especially in the current fast-paced meta.

Recycles

These are the Psychic-type monsters that can be recycled as they are very useful. Most of the time Serene Psychic Witch will be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard in order for you to search for another Psychic-type monster from your Deck to the banished zone. Destructotron can be self-destructed if you do not control any other Psychic-type monster, and Time Escaper are usually used as a discard to banish certain monsters you control.

I don't see any use for this card since Borg banishes your Psychics in your grave??

Does anyone know what cards combo with this, cause don’t most psychic monsters has banishing effects

Being able to reuse Serene Psychic Witch, Doctor Cranium, Time Escaper, Power Injector or Psychic Borg might be useful. Depends if you consider it more useful than them remaining for Borg food. Plus, there aren't a huge number of cards that let you gain advantage here, and Overload is a +1.
