Pros

  • Able to shuffle 2 Level 4 EARTH Machine-Type monsters from your graveyard to the deck every turn.
  • Its effect also allows you to draw 1 card, therefore increases draw power.
  • Sends 1 Machine-type monster from your deck to the Graveyard, this is an optional effect.

Cons

  • Weak ATK and DEF value.

Tips, Related Cards, Rulings

  • This card is a good support monster for Ancient Gear Decks, which are featured prominently in the current meta, as it can revive important monsters like Ancient Gear Knight back to your deck.
  • As mentioned, another utility from this card that sends a Machine-type monster from your Deck to Graveyard, is not worth using currently as there are no Machine-type monsters that have effects that activate from the graveyard. So far only Jinzo archetype is able to benefit from this effect.

Monster Shuffle

These are some of the monsters that can be shuffled from the graveyard back to your deck via Scrap Recycler’s effect.

Future utility

Currently only this 2 Machine-type monsters are worth sending to the graveyard via Scrap Recycler’s ability, because it is a means for Jinzo-Returner to Special Summon Jinzo from the Graveyard to the field. This is listed as Future utility as the listed monsters are not available to players yet.
