Stall the duel with The Regulation of Tribe, using Jam Breeding Machine and/or Black Ptera as the cost of tribute. This lets you pass the turn until you run out of cards. Massivemorph Crowler's monster so you can take control of it later for the finishing move.
The main way to use this deck is by stalling the duel using The Regulation of Tribe. By declaring machine type, Crowler won't be able to attack with any of his monsters. Jam Breeding Machine and Black Ptera will be used to continuously be tributed to keep Regulation of Tribe going. This will let you keep passing the turns until you get the needed cards.
If you don't have The Regulation of Tribe, or Jam/Ptera in your starting hand, use your spell/trap cards to play defensively to prevent taking unnecessary damage after you take enough to be able to use Destiny Draw. If you get first turn, you can set Massivemorph and activate it during damage step when Crowler's monster attacks to take 2,000+ damage so you can use Destiny Draw right after. Regulation of Tribe should be main priority, but if you already have it, get Jam Breeding Machine.
Use these defensive cards to help you survive early until you draw the core cards, but you will still need to save at least 2 Enemy Controller for the last turn. Massivemorph is for boosting Crowler's monster to over 10,000 damage so that you can take it using Enemy Controller on the last turn. Do not activate Massivemorph if you don't have Regulation of Tribe active yet, unless you need it for first turn to get Destiny Draw available right away.
Activate Storm to destroy Crowler's set trap card, as well as allowing you to summon Vassal.
Use Enemy Controller to take control of Crowler's monster that you boosted using Massivemorph.
Summon Vassal and use Union attack on him.
Remember to switch all monsters you control to attack position for Union attack to work. If Crowler still has a monster on the field, you can either use your Enemy Controller to take control of it too, or switch it to attack position so Vassal can deal damage.
