  • It can prevent your opponent's monster from attacking.

Cons

  • Your monster also can't attack if its type is the same with the declared one.
  • Not effective against decks with different type of monsters.
  • You have to tribute a monster in order for this card to remain in the field.

Activate DNA Surgery then declare the same Monster Type that The Regulation of Tribe declared so no monsters can attack. This combination is extremely useful when you're running a Burn Deck.
