If you control a Fusion Monster that lists "Elemental HERO Neos" as material: Target 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster in your GY; Special Summon it, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You can only activate 1 "Double Hero Attack" per turn.

Revives a HERO Fusion monster from your graveyard.

Cons

Requires you to control a Neos Fusion monster to activate.

Tips

The HERO Fusion monster in your graveyard must have first been Special Summoned properly with their respective summoning condition first before you can revive it with Double Hero Attack. You cannot revive a monster that was sent directly from your Extra Deck to the graveyard.

Neos Fusion Monster

Here are some of the monsters that will allow you to fulfill Double Hero Attack's activation condition. For general purpose, the two best among them are Elemental HERO Neos Knight and Elemental HERO Brave Neos because they do not return to the Extra Deck during the End Phase.

You are also allowed to revive any of these monsters with Double Hero Attack if any of them are in your graveyard after being summoned properly.

Double Hero Attack can be searched out by Elemental HERO Brave Neos. Additionally, Elemental HERO Brave Neos fulfills the activation condition of Double Hero Attack, which you can activate immediately after searching because it is a Quick-Play Spell.

HERO Fusion Monsters

Here are some of the monsters you can revive with Double Hero Attack. Despite their unconventional summoning method, Masked HEROes are still classified as HERO Fusion Monsters so they are still eligible to be revived by Double HERO Attack.

I wish this worked with Neos Fusion; every time I try with two Brave Neos/Neos Fusion, it cant be activated, unfortunately.

Neos Fusion doesn't properly Summon the monster, so a monster Summoned by Neos Fusion can't be revived with Double Hero Attack. And if you're just trying to revive one that WAS properly Summoned, Neos Fusion prevents you from Special Summoning for the rest of the turn after it resolves.

But sometimes that card not work properly, i have glow neos + neosl space field on the field and brave neos on the grave yard. I cannot activated double hero to summon brave neos to the field. I dont know why .. ( i use miracle contact for glow and brave)

Read again, Miracle Contact does not properly summon the fusion monster.

Note that it revives the target, since it SS from the Graveyard. Remember the basic rule about reviving Nomi: the Nomi monster has to have been Special Summoned properly first.

The "ignoring summoning condition" part only ignore the fact that a Nomi monster normally cannot be revived. It does NOT ignore whether the monster has been summoned properly or not.

Yes, you can. Even better part: this card is a Quick-Play, so you also can use it in the Battle Phase.

Also, Double Hero Attack lists "Elemental Hero Neos" in its text, so this card is searchable by Brave Neos.

Note though, that Anki has to have been summoned via Mask Change. Like I said, it has to have been summoned properly first in order for it to be revived with this card.

Yeah, this isn't the first card in the game to revive ignoring summoning condition, so I believe it has been stated before. But it needs to be re-stated considering new players + how dumb old players can be sometimes.
