Pros

Very good card for milling decks.

Cons

Very low stats.
Effect cannot be activated when destroyed by effect/flip-negating monsters.
Gives your opponents monster cards, if there are any from the 3 draws.

Tips

Hiro's Shadow Scout can be paired up with Warm Worm to mill your opponent's deck. Other support cards such as Conscription and Cup of Ace can also be considered. Ancient Telescope can be used when you want your opponent to discard some specific spell cards.

Yeahhhh, go go go mill deck, make the meta player suffers, make Shiranui Trap become useless, make Onomato to stall utill their doom.

Better hope you don't mill "Ancient Stone of Legend" in a Blue Eyes deck.

Congrats, now deck out deck has full unlimited access to 3x a card that makes opponents draw 3 cards, 3x a card that sends 2 of opponent's cards from deck to graveyard soft once per turn, 3x a card that when destroyed by any effect sends 3 cards from deck to graveyard and 3x a trap that makes opponent draw 2 cards. All in a 20 card deck game.

Card advantage what, it's the very objective of the deck to make opponent draw. That's card advantage for the user. I don't know why this is so hard to get.

card advantage= +1 to +3 if none of them are spell cards

If you interpret "advantage" in different context, then both player get that "advantage".

The user gets closer to deckout victory, the opponent may get more cards to finish off the user. Win-win situation.

Well yeah. It’s just so hard to fight against that kind of deck it’s hard to see the good aspect of drawing cards when pressured by a possible deck out.

Are you serious, Deck Scraper is one of the easiest NPC deck to beat, just use a level 4 monster beatdown deck with lots of piercing lol

This card cheats.

If Cup of Ace can't be used if the opponent has no cards to draw themselves out, why should this card be allowed to draw out duelists in the exact same fashion?

Straight up cheating.

it is not cheat, more like the requirement of the card to be activated. Cup of Ace let you/opponent draw 2 cards, thus the pre-requirement to activate it is both of u has to have at least 2 cards in deck.

Hiro, on the other hand, the require activate the effect is by flip it. The consequence, opp has to draw 3 cards. If he cant, he lose.
