There is no “once per turn” on the effect, meaning you can special summon any number of monsters from your deck as long as you have enough spell/trap cards. You can swarm the field by special summoning multiple level 1 normal monster, which can then be used to special summon monsters like The Atmosphere or Destiny HERO - Plasma. Special summon a Spellcaster-type to tribute it into special summoning Silent Magician. Or can be used as tributed to tribute summon a high-leveled monster.
You can use this card to return the banished spell/trap cards to the deck and draw 1 card, effectively recycling your cost and drawing into your deck.
Ojama monsters mainly consist of level 2 normal monsters therefore you can special summon any Ojama Yellow, Ojama, Black, or Ojama Green from your deck to use as fusion material.
