Glow-Up Bulb can be sent to the graveyard with Lightsworn monsters’ mill effect for later use giving the deck some synchro capabilities. Glow-Up Bulb’s revival cost can then in turn activate the summoning of Wulf, Lightsworn Beast.
Plaguespreader Zombie revives itself by returning a card from your hand to the top of your deck. Glow-Up Bulb can then send that returned card to the graveyard for setup. Special Summoning 2 Tuners in a turn gives you the opportunity to Synchro climb.
Blue-Eyes decks like level-1 Tuners to make their level-9 Synchro plays. The mill effect can set-up your graveyard with Blue-Eyes monsters, or if you are lucky The White Stone of Ancients.
