Blackwing decks are quite adept at Synchro Summoning level-7 monsters. Summon any level-4 Blackwing monster and Special Summoning Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind. Blackwing - Tornado the Reverse Wind can revive a level-3 Blackwing Tuner. Special Summon Blackwing - Bora the Spear or Blackwing - Kris the Crack of Dawn while you control a level-3 Blackwing Tuner.
Another combo is using Blackwing - Simoon the Poison Wind to search Black Whirlwind and Normal Summon him with his effect, search and Special Summon Blackwing - Oroshi the Squall and use both monsters to make Assault Blackwing - Chidori the Rain Sprinkling.
Blackwing decks are great at Synchro Summoning so loading your graveyard with Blackwing monsters to boost Chidori’s attack is easy. And having at least one Blackwing Synchro monster to revive when Chirdori leaves the field would not be a problem
