How could my enemy normal summon several times in one turn? Is this a bug? He definetely normal summoned one BW and then summoned Bora but according to Duel Links Bora was also normal summoned. Whirlwind broken af

If they used Simoon the Poison Wind's effect, they can normal summon twice as long as simoon is the first normal summon.

How should one know that the effect of Simoon means a free normal summon whereas other card effect's normal summons like Big Piece Golem are not free?

Simoon's Normal Summon is forced by a card effect, while Big Piece Golem is an optional summoning condition.

Same as all meta decks - run disruption turn 1 or die.

If your off-meta deck doesn't have room for the tech cards you need, it will lose most matches.

If you Cyclone this card, even after a summon, it won't go off and you'll probably win next turn.

Can someone fill me in here? Why doesn't Black Whirlwind activate despite it being chain link 1? For example, I activate Black Whirlwind, then normal summon Bora. That triggers Black Whirlwind to activate for chain link 1, then my opponent activates Cosmic Cyclone to banish Black Whirlwind for chain link 2. The Cosmic Cyclone resolves and banishes the Whirlwind, but the Whirlwind doesn't activate anymore. It didn't get negated, so why doesn't it work?

Black Whirlwind must be face up on the field to resolve its effect. Same for cards like Megaroid City and Asymmetaphys.

Basic rulings
Actually same for all continuous spell/traps, basically you must control this face up card to activate and resolve this effect
