Basically a mini King of Wishes, Hope.

They even share the white and gold coloring XD

This card is released around the first time Hope is released, iirc, so the similarity is most likely intended.

It may not be terribly powerful in high ladder matches, but, this is a new player superstar. The effect is powerful and easy to understand, because of its powerful base attack and rare status in a budget friendly set, it's easily attainable, it's a light monster for Ishizu grinding, and it's solid for tribute summons against NPCs until you get more powerful point building tools.

Gamea made a mistake by including this card in Empire of Scarlet's list.

I guess they copied the table from Clash of Wings but accidentally skipped over Wind-Up Knight when replacing the cards with Empire of Scarlet cards.
