In Duel Links i negate The activation and destroy the card for example with champions vigilance and still doing that the card destroy my spellscasters. I think Is bug cuz I negate and destroy and even with that the eff resolves .

With the "Dark magician" and "Magician girl" metas running around, I'm surprised no one is using this.

I countered it with twister but still it destroyed my cerberus. Why?

Read the desctiption in the card properly. Twister is only destroy not negate like magic jammer or magical deflector

I started running this card in the tag duel tournament because of the Yugi twins in the finals. Dark times people, dark times.

Why can’t you activate it when no spellcasters are active for the active spells quests? It doesn’t specify that it requires spellcasters to be active.....

Gravekeepers and Relinquished are two of the most annoying decks right now, and this card dumps on both. Could be a neat tech if you're weak to either of those, as long as you don't have Spellcasters of your own. Useless against many other decks, though.

Twister doesn't negate the effect of a spell card, it does nothing against normal spell cards.
