Blame the dumb monkey Tewart. Every terrible text (be it confusing PSCT, stupid vanilla text, or horrible names) in Yugioh TCG can be traced back to him.

Thankfully he has not been seen anymore in the last few years, hopefully he's out of the office now.

What makes this better than hope/utopia (original) is changed to defense position which is good against cyber dragon or lunalight that can attack multiple times but whatever CyDra is dead. Also this card doesn't have self destruct effect like hope does.

This card is pure defensive, Hope can also be used for offensive.
