He's half right, to elaborate if the only monster you control is twwb and you attack relinquished then relinquished can't absorb anything next turn. This tactic is useful but tends to leave you with an open field which is risky even with backrow.

This card would have a niche use in combinaion with Creature swap as it would return to your hand leaving your opponent with no compensation for the stolen monster.
Quite simply insane. This card's gigantic 1400 ATK puts it WAYYY above Beaver Warrior's 1200 ATK, and its effect to return to the hand means it's safe from any removal your opponent might have, including the ever-relevant Relinquished! Why is this not an UR?
